According to Pedestrian.tv, the show was cancelled for ‘unknown’ reasons. I’m gonna guess (1) it was because the creators of “The Muppets” (Jim Henson’s studios where the show is shot) didn’t ultimately want their image affiliated with soft porn. (2) Nor using instruments used to teach children in such a manner. But the show looked like it would have been pretty good.
