Calvin Harris – Feels (Official Video) ft. Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry, Big Sean via @lisafordblog

Pitchfork: "Calvin Harris has shared a colorful music video for “Feels,” his latest single featuring Katy Perry, Pharrell, and Big Sean. All three appear in the clip, which was directed by Emil Nava. In the video, they lounge around on a desert island. The collaboration marks yet another star-studded release off Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1. Harris has so far dropped three other tracks, including “Slide” (with Frank Ocean and Migos), “Heatstroke” (with Young Thug, Pharrell, and Ariana Grande), and “Rollin” (with Future and Khalid). His follow-up to 2014’s Motion arrives June 30."

DEJ LOAF ft. Big Sean – “Back Up” (Music Video) via @lisafordblog

FreeOnSmash writes, "It’s been three months since DeJ Loaf‘s debut #AndSeeThatsTheThing EP released back in July. One of the standout records from the project was the Big Sean assisted single “Back Up.” Today, the Detroit connection is brought to life through the release of the music video for the popular single. For the video, DeJ heads to the skating rink to host a party, where plenty of fun ensues. The Detroit player unfortunately doesn’t make it to the party, but does come through to deliver his verse with DJ Mo Beatz by his side."

In case you missed it, BIG SEAN’s Performance on South Beach (PICS) & Interview w Big Sean (HENNESSY PARTY)

Thanks to Lex @ Lex Promotions for inviting me to the Hennessy vs. The Chase - ft. Big Sean - industry party at Mansion nightclub on South Beach last Monday. I'm actually still recuperating from all the fun I had. Included in this blog post are pictures from the event and a video of Miss Kimmy's (radio personality from 99 Jamz) interview with Big Sean. I'd also like to thank Hennessy for one hell of an evening!

Kanye West – “Mercy” Video (Feat. Big Sean, Pusha T & 2 Chainz)

Definitely one of the dopest rap hits out right now. "Mercy" has given me a new respect for Kanye, and is making me pay closer attention to Big Sean. Always thought Big Sean should come slightly more hardcore being that he's from Detroit. His music was sounding alittle 'popish' until he got on 'Mercy' with Kanye, Pusha T, & 2 Chainz. This is a nice little group here with Pusha T (& kanye) serving more as the anchor (with deeper Hip Hop roots). The video is stunningly shot with classic black and white elements, and all the rappers (as exquisitely stated by "have Jamie Madrox-style self-cloning powers and Nightcrawler-style teleporting power". Wicked!! “Mercy” will appear on the forthcoming G.O.O.D. Music compilation album.
