We've all been waiting to see what lyrical prodigy, KENDRICK LAMAR, was going to do next, and now he's blessing us with his first solo release since the Grammy-nominated, 'Good Kid M.a.a.d City', simply titled "i". According to multiple reports, Lamar's sophomore album will be released sometime this year. "I", produced by Rahki, samples the Isley Brothers' "That Lady".

The Craziest & Sickest Tampon Commercial Ever!! (VIDEO) #Throwback via @lisafordblog
So this picture of Bridgett Bardot just came out of nowhere because this crazy ass Russian Tampax commercial reminded me of a scene out of a 1960's horror film. It's certainly the most creative feminine hygiene commercial you'll probably every see. The concept is epic. And truth be told, that time of the month is portrayed in this video with a great deal of accuracy considering that in the U.S. tampon ads are usually over-saturated with women in white horseback riding and doing yoga. The…

“POPEYE” SNEAK PEEK (2016) – Animated Movie HD via @lisafordblog
POPEYE makes his return into the 21st century with a new animated CG film via Sony Pictures. The movie looks 'cute' and I'm a huge POPEYE fan, just wish this new school Popeye had his pipe and tattoos like he did back in the day. And if you didn't know, Popeye is a grown ass man at the tender age of 40 years. If you ever watched "Popeye, The Ace of Space (1953)", this actually makes sense: flashbacks to Popeye's childhood and infanthood looked to…

NEWS REPORTER Quits Live On Air With The F Bomb For Her Love Of Marijuana! (VIDEO)
This video is one of the best clips I've seen on TV in ages! It's freaking hilarious! LOL! KTVA's Charlo Greene quits on live TV after revealing she was the founder of the Alaska Cannabis Club. The delivery was arguably inappropriate, but damn if she didn't look free as a bird and happy as hell! I admire her for the balls it took to do that, and the response of the Anchorwoman was absolutely #Priceless .

BEYONCE & JAY Z – “Bang Bang” – Part I (Short Film) via @lisafordblog
"The first part in the couple's Bang Bang trilogy, offers a provocative bedroom scene of Beyoncé and Jay as the scroll begins. The short film begins with them as glamorous vigilantes before they ride into the desert as a gun-toting, modern-day Bonnie and Clyde. The three-part film is a cinematic promo for the couple's co-headlining On the Run Tour, similar to the star-studded "Run" mini movie, they released in May." - Mashable

TIARA THOMAS – “One Night” (Lyric Video) #MusicMonday via @lisafordblog
TIARA THOMAS' "One Night" is super HOT! She's schooling these dudes letting them know that 'all girls ain't after your money' and 'all girls ain't even lookin' for love', that sometimes we just want ONE NIGHT...(and I'm adding)...so GET OVER YOURSELF! Lol! In my opinion Tiara Thomas is the new IT girl, and this beat is like the new school version of a Bell Biv Devoe track. Another thing I like about Ms. Thomas is that she plays the guitar. Seeing an artist hold and…

LL COOL J ft. Mavado – The Hustler (Music Video) #MUSICMONDAY via @lisafordblog
Ok, so LL Cool J is on my blog twice in a week's period. What's going on here? Not saying that I'm mad. lol This dude is the King of longevity and the epitome of how a rap career should be...consistently releasing quality music that relates to the current times, and LL has done that for nearly 3 decades (I think I mentioned "3 decades" in the last article), not including his successful TV and film career. "The Hustler" featuring Mavado is off of LL's…

RAY RICE Dropped From The Ravens In Lieu of Violent Video Tape (VIDEO)
Just hours after TMZ sports released the elevator footage of Ray Rice punching his wife, the Baltimore Ravens changed its 2-day suspension punishment into a full blown termination. Last winter in Atlantic City, Rice was involved in a domestic dispute with his then girlfriend, now wife, Janay Palmer, which lead to her being punched into unconsciousness. Rice stated in May in a joint press conference with Palmer, that him and his wife are now undergoing counseling. But the out pour of outrage on social media…

Miami’s Hidden GRAFFITI PARADISE!! Lisa Ford’s Secret (PHOTOS). #Repost
We’re starting off the New Year at one of my favorite places on planet Earth and my secret hideaway. It’s a magical place, similar to the fictional land of Oz, with vivid imagery and colors. Every inch of the walls at the abandoned Swim Gym Aquatic Sports Park in Key Biscayne (Miami) is covered with psychedelic street art that will blow your mind. There’s a fence that closes off the park stating, “NO TRESPASSING. This area is a designated construction site. Anyone who trespasses on…
