One thing we can all say about the Rick Ross is that he's always been consistent with good music. His soon-to-be-released, "Hood Billionaire" album will probably be no different. Ross gives us a little taste of what's to come with his new single release, "Movin Bass" featuring another collab with Jay Z on a Timbaland beat. "Hood Billionaire" is set to be released November 24th.
