When Ludacris do a mixtape, he gets buck wild with it! "If I Ain't F*cked Up" is a new hype cut from Ludacris‘ forthcoming mixtape - "I Don’t Give a Fuck". Of course the song is a club-ready hit with that signature deep down gutter Southern bass Luda is known for. "If I Ain't F*cked Up" is a party song through and through with references of getting pissy drunk and having a good ass time. It's greatly appreciated that Luda keeps pumping out music, proving real talent equals longevity.
9th Wonder's "American Gangster" mixtape reconstructs Jay-Z's 2007 album 'American Gangster'. The project includes tracks like "Party Life" and "Sweet" featuring samples from Kool and The Gang and The Love Unlimited Orchestra. Once again, another superb body of work from iconic producer, 9th wonder.

It's a relief, to hear the energized flows of West Philly rapper, Sincere aka S.I.N, on his new and electrically charged mixtape, "DOTTED LINE" ... highly anticipated after the release of his first project, ‘Boarding Pass’. SINCERE does an incredible job of honoring Hip Hop in "DOTTED LINE" with a hardcore collection of hits that include remnants of old-school chords connected to futuristic sounds. It’s even more gratifying to find S.I.N. paying homage to different eras and multiple genres of music on his new mixtape, as it is apparent that he has strong artistic abilities, extensive musical training, and a keen ear to what sounds best.
After a long wait and much anticipation, Domo Genesis and The Alchemist finally released their collaborative street album, ‘No Idols’. They just started playing the hell out of Elle Varner's "Refill" song on the radio and it seems that the whole world has gravitated towards her. I haven't heard of Elle before this song hit the airwaves and I still have mixed feelings about "Refill". I must say, however, that I like her voice and the flavor of her music. She's bringing more 'soul' to the scene, definitely not that 'autotune pop' crap that I'm tired of hearing. So I did alittle research, and found out that Elle Varner signed with MBK/J-RCA Records (along with a co-publishing agreement with Sony Music) in October 2009. So she's been grinding for awhile. Her debut single "Only Wanna Give It to You" features J. Cole and was released August 16, 2011. The song serves as the lead single off her upcoming album "Perfectly Imperfect". Before the release of the album, Varner released her first project, a mixtape titled "Conversational Lush" which I've included in this blog post. I guess I need to stop sleeping on her. Varner is about to take over.
